Getting Closer - And a New Name

End of the Year and Looking Forward to 2026!
2025 has been an incredibly busy year for construction at the creamery. Our creamery building (which is being built in NY state) is complete, and the equipment is being installed. Getting Close!
We are getting close to starting production. Utilities (electric, water, and septic) is complete. The foundation is complete. Our building (which is being manufactured in Pennsylvania) is progressing, and is scheduled to be complete (with equipment installed) by the end of November.
