We are getting really close. Our building is now scheduled to arrive on the 26th of January! The manufacturer is doing the final equipment install, and things are getting really close. 2025 has been an incredibly busy year for construction at the creamery. Our creamery building (which is being built in NY state) is complete, and the equipment is being installed.
